We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

SpectreSports provides AI-generated sports predictions, statistical analysis, and related content for informational and entertainment purposes only. The Service operates at spectresports.net and any associated subdomains.

SpectreSports predictions are generated by statistical and machine-learning models trained on historical sports data. They represent probabilistic analytical outputs — not guarantees of outcomes. Past model performance does not guarantee future accuracy.

You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on content from this Service. SpectreSports is not liable for any losses arising from use of our analysis.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using SpectreSports you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We may terminate accounts where we have reason to believe this requirement is not met.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your credentials confidential and not share your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or are used for unauthorized purposes.

SpectreSports offers a free tier and a paid PRO subscription. By subscribing to PRO:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually depending on your plan)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to your registered email address
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe you were billed in error.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute predictions or data from the Service without permission
• Attempt to circumvent authentication, access controls, or rate limits
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate other users or SpectreSports staff
• Introduce malicious code or attempt to interfere with Service operation
• Sell or sub-license access to the Service to third parties

All content, models, algorithms, designs, and code comprising the Service are the exclusive property of SpectreSports or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. No rights are transferred to you beyond this limited licence.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that predictions will be accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that errors will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpectreSports and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
